We back up daily, so your most current information is always recoverable in the event of a disruption.
No. RAP uses a role-based access system, allowing you to control if users can view, add/edit, or delete.
All uploaded documents, contacts, photos, and maps are encrypted using AWS services and stored in a secure S3 environment. Your internal and external contacts are also protected under TLS encryption.
